Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched to supported checkout destinations. Preparation generally takes 1–2 business days prior to handoff to the carrier.

The expected carrier window is 2–4 business days after shipment, but it is not promised. Seasonal demand, severe weather, routing disruptions, and local restrictions can extend delivery.

Checkout controls whether an order qualifies for free delivery. Accurate recipient and address information is required. We provide tracking when it is issued. If a parcel is late, lost, damaged, or shown as delivered but cannot be located, send the order details and evidence as soon as possible. We may coordinate a carrier investigation before deciding on replacement or another appropriate outcome. Destination and product limitations may apply.
