Refund Policy

Refund assistance is limited to items that are damaged, faulty, incorrectly fulfilled, or substantially inconsistent with the listing. We do not provide unconditional returns.

Submit the issue no later than 30 days from delivery, supplying the order number, checkout email, details of what occurred, and supporting images or video. Wait for written approval before returning an item. We may ask for further proof during review. If approved, the remedy may be replacement or repayment to the original payment method. Unapproved returns and initial shipping costs are not automatically reimbursed.
